How Integrity Electrical began…

“With my company my motto has always been this quote from The Patriot, ‘aim small miss small or aim big miss big.’ I started slow but aimed big and am blessed by what we have become so far.”- Andrew

Early beginnings.

Andrew grew up youngest of six, 2 sets of twins, which he was one of, with a single dad who worked as a truck driver. Needless to say, there was not a shortage on adventure in his childhood. This being the case, he had to work hard through his school years. Yet, he always saw there is always hope, even when there seems to be no hope.

Opportunity knocks.

His brother-in-law saw a potential in him that no one else had seen. He helped him get into vocational school. That turned into a summer job, which later led to an internship and ultimately, his own company. “Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it,” Andrew realized.

Andrew is an example of the saying, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again…” It wasn’t easy for him to get to the place he is today. He started low and with all odds against him, worked hard for years with the goal always to obtain his license. If he knew the hard work it would take when he began, he might not have tried, but instead each hardship he faced, he got back up again.

Persistent hard work pays off.

Sure enough, he was able to launch his own company in 2008. Even when it felt impossible to succeed, he continued to press on.

The hardships didn’t end there. “I had a hard journey to get to where I am today, as I have learned from my successes and failures along the way. The day I started my company, was the day the economy crashed,” Andrew notes, “but still God spoke to my heart to not forsake the small things.”

He credits God with blessing him and allowing him to build the company that you know as Integrity Electrical today.

The future is always bright with Integrity Electrical Contracting.

Integrity means following your moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Having integrity means you are true to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you.
